JUNIOR B (Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League) – Chris Scott (Leamington Flyers)
As a 20-year-old native of Windsor, Ontario, Chris Scott proved instrumental this year for the GOJHL Western Conference Leamington Flyers. Scoring 26 goals and adding 28 assists in 47 games, Scott led his club in regular season points. Helping to lead the Flyers to a first place regular season finish in their conference, he would add 7 goals and five assists in their 21 post season games. Named the CHOK Western Conference Player of the year, Scott was also awarded the Kevin McIntosh Award as the Western Conference Best Defensive forward for the second year in a row. Scott also participated in the 2014-15 GOJHL All-Star Game. Known as a quiet but tenacious player, Scott remains focused on his life goals. Currently Scott attends the University of Windsor where he has a 75 per-cent average in Kinesiology-Movement Science and plans on obtaining a second degree in Computer Science upon completion of his major.
